Humility: True Greatness

November 6, 2005 by Laura | Trackback URI

Humility: True Greatness: CJ Mahaney Jonathan Edwards wrote, “The pleasures of humility are really the most refined, inward, and exquisite delights in the world.” This book’s purpose is to help position you to receive and experience those exquisite pleasures.

The next book I intend to read (as soon as it arrives) is CJ Mahaney’s Humility: True Greatness. (Read an excerpt here.) Find out what humility is:

Humility is honestly assessing ourselves in light of God’s holiness and our sinfulness.

and if you have it, why you should want it, and what happens when you get it. I’ll post updates as I go through it. I can hardly wait!
