Quit Talking About Reagan!

All the Republican candidates want to talk about Reagan - but it’s clear by their behavior that they don’t want to act like him. It’s time for a change.

Writer and Catholic priest Andrew Greeley, that is. What other explanation is there for this unhinged screed - which is in defiance of how exquisitely careful McCain has been to not bring up race, while Obama has used it at every turn, from preemptively accusing his opponents and detractors of racism, to using code words like "hoodwinked" and "bamboozled."
Bizarre:
McCain increasingly acts like an angry, befuddled cancer survivor and treats his rival like a field n----- who is just barely human. He does not talk to him, will not shake hands with him, will not even look at him, walks behind him when he is speaking to distract the audience. Obama's languid, legs-crossed security on the bar stool must infuriate McCain all the more. Who does he think he is? He has no right to run for president and McCain does. Has not he served his country all his life? Has not he traveled the whole world? Has not he been involved in every major event of the last four decades? Does he not know everyone who is worth knowing? And what does his rival have to offer besides intolerable arrogance? Black skin and glib language? Is not Obama the one who is playing the race card? Therefore he must be exposed as what he is -- a pushy fellow with a glib tongue who has no right to challenge a great American like John McCain.

Rush was quite funny just now - he asked why "the poor" in the view of Democrats, especially need their hands held when it comes to registering and voting. It's a good question.
Smell the fear.
Eh, who am I kidding. Yeah. It'll happen.
If (when?) Obama is elected, by my estimation there’s an at least even chance that the newly-reconstructed FCC will reverse course and attempt to apply the New Fairness Doctrine to blogs.
Look at the "Truth Squads" in Ohio. That's all we really need to know.
You went to Harvard. How many people from your graduating class will have accomplished as much at 44 as Sarah Palin has? How many women will? She has a successful family (compare Giuliani who the media loves). She fought a powerful political machine (compare Obama who the media loves). She accomplished things she promised to do, a pipeline and budget cuts. (compare Obama who the media loves). She gives tremendous speeches and connects with crowds (compare Bush, McCain, Romney, or just about any Republican since Reagan).
Snortworthy. :-)
Yummy, tasty redistributionism.
