		<description>I agree wholeheartedly with the article - and the rest of the blog is very interesting as well though I can&#039;t say I agree with it. :-)

I worked help desks for many years, starting with AOL back when it was a startup (I used to live in VA), and I later got into computer training which is almost as bad.  There&#039;s a reason I don&#039;t do those things anymore - because I got tired of being abused and lied to by users.

That said, the article doesn&#039;t conflict with Jane Galt&#039;s, in my opinion.  I hate to sound postmodern, I think they&#039;re equally true.</description>
