The Jawa Report reminds readers that America should be pro-active about what’s going on in Ethiopia right now, lest we find ourselves with another Afghanistan to deal with further down the road. The NY Times (!) writes -
Sadly, Congress is poised to fuel the march toward war by passing a bill that threatens to cut off technical assistance to Ethiopia, one of our closest allies…. By singling out Ethiopia for public embarrassment, the bill puts Congress unwittingly on the side of Islamic jihadists and insurgents.
Does it really matter if it’s willfulness or incompetence? When you’ve lost the NY Times…
