But yes, filing a dispute would have worked, I just thought I'd have to do it <em>every </em>month, and it's a real PITA to have to go in person to the bank and deal with it. It was cheaper (though far more infuriating) to pay $5 a month than blow an hour a month at the bank. I did FINALLY get it straightened out via email customer support. I was using a debit card – something I no longer do for any online purchases. But yes, filing a dispute would have worked, I just thought I’d have to do it every month, and it’s a real PITA to have to go in person to the bank and deal with it. It was cheaper (though far more infuriating) to pay $5 a month than blow an hour a month at the bank.

I did FINALLY get it straightened out via email customer support.

They haven't responded to a single one of my five or six emails. At this point in time I am sending them a daily email asking to cancel my account. And their services SUCKS big time. I had one of my most valuable files deleted by them. Of course, they will disclaim their responsibility, but there's no rhyme or reason why they should be losing my information. If you create the website about their grievances, please let me know as well, I would love to add my two cents about this crappy service.
