Chucky, this blog is composed entirely of my opinions. That's the whole entire reason this website exists. Maybe you're new to this whole interweb thingie, but that's how blogs are supposed to work. But like most bloggers, I linked to the facts on which my opinion is based, and you failed to address them.

As I wrote in my last comment:

Here are some opinion articles with plenty of links for you to get the truth

What I didn't include in my last comment, because I deleted this line, thinking it was being too harsh, was:

But this won't make the slightest dent in your opinion. You're not going to respond to my complaints, you're going to bring up other unrelated things just like Huckabee does when he is criticizes.

At least you didn't disappoint.

Ok
Well I done some research and you gave my some blog posts. That not facts that is opinions. I am a man that is about truth. Not opinions anyone can give a opinion. The facts that I check are the ones that are not opinions. Project Vote Smart. People can cast opinions but do you know the situation behind the decision. Inflation has alot to do with state governments. Don't get me wrong people make mistakes we are not perfect. I'm sorry I should have said God is watching us. I know you probably get alot of flat but you have to give facts not opinions.
Clemency-- That is fact, but remember governors in Ark. can't give cle or pardons they can only make recomendations. And if you read the whole letter to Wayne Demond and not half you will read that he denied his clemency based that he had to have supervision plus if you check Arkansas laws Gov. can't give clem or pardons its the parole board with the final say so. Plus if you made a mistake or know someone that messed up and got in trouble with the law. And you knew that this person was really a good person but was marked for life because of this incident and couldn't really be the best they could be. I would hope the Governor would give him a pardon. But alot of times Gov. think about their name and not other lives. Wonder how many innocent people are serving in jail because of a lazy D.A.
Ok plus do you know what Reagan and Huckabee have in common. Time Magazine. President Reagan one the top Leaders And Huckabee in top 5 as gov.
remember life is about truth not opinions, I respect everyone's opinion but I don't have to follow. Thank you I hope we can talk about Jesus and God one day if you llike.

I'm not angry - just tired of Huckolytes "asking a question" the same way Truthers do. Maybe you're not doing it deliberately, but it certainly comes off as disingenuous. Just like Huck asking his Jesus/Satan brothers question when he knew darned well what the answer was - then playing dumb about it.

If you care about Rush's opinion, he says that Huckabee is not a conservative, and that Fred is:
1st video
2nd video (Fred is the only conservative in the race)

I have not compared Reagan's record vs. Huckabee's, EVER. I have compared Reaganite philosophies and points of view with Huckabee's record and quotes.

Here's Thompson on the issue of abortion:

Has never been pro-choice despite 1994 news reports:

Some news reports from Thompson's 1994 campaign classified him as pro-choice. Thompson confesses to being perplexed over the confusion about his position on the issue: "I have read these accounts [about me being pro-choice] and tried to think back 13 years ago as to what may have given rise to them, although I don't remember it."

But, he adds: "I was interviewed and rated pro-life by the National Right to Life folks in 1994, and I had a 100% voting record on abortion issues while in the Senate." Planned Parenthood gave him a ZERO rating because of his pro-life voting record. NARAL (National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League) gave him an "F" rating when considering potential vice-presidential candidates in 2000.

Hope that clears it up for you.

As to attacking my faith - I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you were doing it reflexively and that it wasn't deliberate. But let's take a look at what you actually said:

Christians shouldn’t slam one down to raise up another.

The implication there is that I'm being unChristian by criticizing Huckabee.

Christ says love everyone. And pray for your enemy.

Since that's in the context of you calling me out for my stance on Huckabee, it's clear you're saying I'm not obeying those commands. Furthermore, I don't know where you get the idea that Huckabee is my enemy. He's of an opposing political point of view, obviously, but that does not make him an enemy.

Remember God is watching

A clear warning that you believe I'm sinning in my writings against Huckabee, and that I should fear God because of it.

The unchristain thing word calling. If someone is doing something unchristian then they should be held in check. But if they are not a christian then you have no right to tell them that.

Huckabee wanted to give state benefits to illegals, and he called his opponents unChristian:

Gov. Mike Huckabee Thursday denounced a bill by Sen. Jim Holt that would deny state benefits to illegal immigrants as un-Christian, un-American, irresponsible and anti-life.

Here are some opinion articles with plenty of links for you to get the truth about Huckabee:
Huckabee: An Evangelical Perspective
If by “authentic” you mean “postmodern”
Three Dimensional Chess
A case of clemency that's easy to explain

Why the anger???
I'm just asking a question??? wondering how did I insult you, wow i just got slammed just by asking question. Rush even said that there wasn't even a true Reagan conservative in the GOP. I checked his pledge that he made as a senator. I would never attack a persons faith. If i don't know them personally. Plus the question how can you compare Reagan as president and Huckabee as gov. that is all I ask. If i cause you to become angry not intended. I googled sen. Thompson record and it showed he was for abortion up to a certain period of time of pregnacy. if the fact are wrong then i hope you can tell the people to correct it. Ok now tell me were can I get all the true facts about Huckabee. The unchristain thing word calling. If someone is doing something unchristian then they should be held in check. But if they are not a christian then you have no right to tell them that. if you can provide me all trues about Huckabee and not newsclipping that are democratic influence. Still shock at the comment you sent back to me how did I attack your faith????

Huckabee certainly has done something while he was Governor. A lot of things I don't approve of, in fact. He has a very mixed record. As for Christians slamming one another down, in fact Huckabee has a LONG history of calling his political opponents unChristian, something I have NOT done to him. In fact, all my criticism of him relates to either his record, or his hypocrisy, not his faith, which I assume is genuine. I don't know where you're getting your information, but Fred had a perfect pro-life record in Congress and he has been endorsed by National Right to Life.

I don't know where these Reagan fanatics you're referencing are, because the biggest Reaganites, starting with Rush Limbaugh, have nothing but good things to say about Fred Thompson. But you "can't comment on that" - oh, wait - you just did! You drop sly comments and insults and then pretend you didn't, just like Huckabee does.

As for your "God is watching" - yes, he's watching a bunch of Christians get used to provide cover for a politician who doesn't deserve it. You degrade your faith to allow it to be used in such a fashion. You've been punked, Chucky. You drive by here and rather than tackle my complaints about Huck's politics, you attack my faith. Just like he does. Sad, really.

Well,
If you could answer this for me I would appreciate it thank you.
Tell me what has Fred done that is so good, that he is better then Huckabee.
Huckabee done something while he was Gov. Fred never wrote a bill and if you see his voting record on immigration he missed most of the votes. Christians shouldn't slam one down to raise up another. Or they whay they faults are. I thought about voting for Fred if Huckabee didn't make it but he got a few bad grades from the naacp and that is a problem for me. And he's for abortion.
Christ says love everyone. And pray for your enemy. Plus I hear alot of Reagan fanatics say Thompson isn't a true conserversative either but I can't comment on that. When Reagan was president I was in middel school so I can't make any comment. Plus when you compare Gov. Huckabee to Reagan judge Reagan as a Gov. not president. That is truly fair. Gov. and Pres. that like comparing apples to oranges. Plus Reagan raised taxes while Gov. and President So be fair
  Remember God is watching
