How’s that free medical care working out for ya?

February 20, 2008 by Laura | Trackback URI

The wheels are coming off of Canada’s “free” health “care” system:

Quebec residents should pay $25 for every visit to a doctor, a provincial task force on medicare said Tuesday.

The Castonguay task force’s much-anticipated report also called for an increase of up to one percentage point in the Quebec sales tax to help pay for medicare.

And over in the UK, in order to reduce waiting room times they’re holding patients outdoors in the ambulance they arrived in. Which incidentally makes the ambulance/waiting room unavailable to go get anyone who is in urgent need of transport to the ER.

Universal, free health care is three lies for the price of one.

This brings up the old quote, ‘you get what you pay for’. We need pray that free medical care never comes here!

Too late with the prayers. Osama Obama or Shrillary either one will bring you the most expensive health care in the world, free.

The democrats have already cured the terrorists problems. They’re putting an Arab in the white house and ‘Hope’ the other arab’s won’t attack. From now on we’ll be living only on ‘Hope’.
