I used to work a busy help desk, and I also worked support for AOL back in the early 90s when customers were either experts with years of BBS experience or brand new not just to the intarweb but computers in general and completely clueless. Now I just support my own web dev clients, but the song remains the same. If I had a nickel for every time I heard this one…
