Did you know that the World Court attempted to supercede our criminal law? (Did you know there was a World Court?)

The Supreme Court, in a sweeping rejection of claims of power in the presidency, ruled 6-3 on Tuesday that the President does not have the authority to order states to relax their criminal procedures to obey a ruling of the World Court.

I’m very okay with nations bringing pressure to bear as in that idiot teddy bear teacher incident. But nations have a right to their own laws, and if we disagree with those laws and penalties, we have the option of staying out of those countries so we will not be subject to them.

    The sad part is you could take a survey of a thousand random adults of voting age and maybe 20 people would know about it. But they probably know the last three winners of American Idol.
