34% of Korean Army cadets think the US is the main enemy of South Korea (Wizbang)

From the Korea Times-

A poll shows that 34 percent of first-year army cadets called the United States the main enemy of South Korea, a former superintendent of the Korea Military Academy (KMA) said.

Americans love to pick and choose their history. It was essentially the US and Russia who split Korea in two. Korea was a unified country for thousands of years until US went to Korea to serve their own interests (proxy war with Russia; to fight communism NOT to help Koreans). Ended in a stalemate because everyone knows not to get into a land war in Asia.

No, it ended in stalemate because Truman was too much of a wuss to use nuclear weapons against the Chinese.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. I suppose letting yourself get beaten into submission by one billion+ communist Chinese is the manly thing to do.
