House OKs Alien Transport Ban

Posted at 9:00 am in Illegal ImmigrationAdd comments

Good news!

The [Louisiana] House has voted to approve a proposal to criminalize the practice of knowingly transporting illegal immigrants.

The transport of illegal immigrants inside the country is already a federal crime, but the state House on Tuesday approved a bill by Rep. Brett Geymann that would set up additional state penalties.

We’ve had a massive influx of illegal aliens since Katrina. It happens every time a hurricane hits anywhere; there’s always a lot of fast cash to be made in the immediate aftermath and then typically a lot of construction jobs. (That Americans WILL do - and around here, DID do until wages dropped precipitously.) This legislation is an excellent start in discouraging the continued influx. Next, we need to do this. “From sanctuary nation to sovereign nation. One step at a time.”

Enforcing American sovereignty is an essential requirement for the continuation of Christian life in America as we have known it. The alien culture that threatens to overrun us is very nominally Roman Catholic, but it is completely unlike the Protestant Christian culture that has built America. It is very important that we preserve our existing culture if our Christian faith is to have any chance to flourish again.
