I’ve thought these people were insane for some time, but now it’s really coming out. I’m enjoying this a little too much, I think.
Look, I feel pretty strongly about this election too. I Do. Not. Want! Obama to win. However… I’m resting in the sure and absolute knowledge that it’s going to be okay either way.
What’s the difference between me and those lunatics? I believe America is a good country. A strong country. We can handle four or eight years of bad leadership; longer than that if necessary. Look at how many decades the Democrats had a solid lock on Congress! We survived it. We survived Carter, arguably one of the worst presidents in American history. Aside from that God is good, and he is sovereign. So it’s going to be okay.
Relax, people. It’s an important election, but it’s not the end of the world.
