  • Quote of the Day

(Yes, I'm on a Moonbattery kick lately...)  The New York Times has their knickers in a twist over the conservative influence on the Texas history curriculum.  Gregory of Yardale notes:

A U.K. millionaire is selling his business and getting rid of his possessions.  He's going to help orphans in Uganda.  "I try to live my life in a way that pleases God," he said.  "I've never been more sure about anything in my life."

  • David Vitter's Tele-town Hall

David Vitter's tele-town hall just robocalled me, and of course, I'm sticking around to listen to the bitter end. If she were up for re-election this year, she'd be toast.

  • Deployment

My son in law is leaving for Iraq today - please keep him and my daughter in your prayers.  And blogging will be light, because after we bring him to his base, I'll be hanging out with my daughter the rest of the day.
