I started the day with a hacking. Not my own or even a client, but another local web developer that I’ve done some work for had a site hacked and asked for a hand with cleaning up the mess. I’d still like to figure out some way to deliver 10,000 volts to the script kiddies’ keyboards. Punks. And as Wordpress increases in popularity, it’s a bigger target – so if you run a Wordpress site, consider this backup plugin or one of these. Back up early, back up often!
A nice counterbalance to that was an email from Michelle Malkin inviting me to join the new Green Room crew and do some cross-posting from PH. My new roomies include Slublog and Treacher, among others. So I feel quite honored to be included. 
Posting has been sparse lately as I go Galt, get the business shut down, and deal with some events in real life that aren’t bloggable. But the end of that is in sight. Please bear with me a bit longer. One thing I’m making time for is Wednesday’s Tea Parties. I’m definitely going to the New Orleans one, and I’ll try to make Baton Rouge as well.
