Remember… those of us who opposed Obama in the last election were racists. Heck, we’re still racists. So this article about the death of America’s prosperity, and how the people who rammed that socialist down our throats are among the first against the wall, is just more evidence of our racism. Enjoy it. I certainly did.
Wealthy Wall Street financiers and other business figures provided crucial support for Mr Obama during the election, backing him over the Republican candidate John McCain as the right leader to rescue the collapsing US economy.
But it is now dawning on many among them that Mr Obama was serious about his campaign trail promises to bring root and branch reform to corporate America – and that they were more than just election rhetoric.
A top Obama fundraiser and hedge fund manager said: “I’m appalled at the anti-Wall Street rhetoric. It was OK on the campaign but now it’s the real world. I’m surprised that Obama is turning out to be so left-wing. He’s a real class warrior.”
Bwahahaha!!!! I’m appalled too. But I’m not surprised, because I’m not a moron like that top Obama fundraiser and hedge fund manager. I think it’s hysterically funny that these people are upset and shocked, and I hope it keeps them awake at night. Elections have consequences, indeed.
Oh, and the absolute best part of that article is the final paragraph:
Mr Obama needs to find a way to pay for the $750 billion spending spree Congress authorised after he took office to get the stalled economy going again.
Those trillions he’s added since then aren’t worth a mention, evidently. Just a reminder about what President Obama’s been up to since that $750 billion spending spree that the Democrat-controlled Congress voted in: The Obama Deficits
