Yes, I realize that some people will be up in arms about such a statement. I mean it, and I don’t particularly care whether it’s a popular sentiment. Aside from the fact that it is a vicious, reprehensible thing to do to a man, every fake accusation makes it harder to prosecute real rapes. It makes jurors just a little more skeptical. It puts actual rape victims on the spot to defend themselves from police and prosecutors who don’t want to spend taxpayer resources investigating only to find out some idiot got scared and tried to lie her way out of trouble – or worse, take revenge on a man who offended her in some way.
Fake rape accusations ought to be as socially out-of-bounds as racism, and women who make them ought to be punished.
